TENSILE TESTING

NHML has the ability to test how either a raw material or fabricated product will react when forces are being applied in tension. Tension Testing is used to determine basic design information on the strength of materials or as verification of a process or material certification. In tension, the sample is subjected to increasing uni-axial loads while strain or elongation is monitored.
